A spicy and flavorful stir-fry featuring boneless chicken breasts, garlic, and Szechuan peppercorns, perfect for serving over rice or noodles.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1–2 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and cornstarch. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and Szechuan peppercorns; sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet; stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the chicken to taste and stir well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving over rice or noodles.

- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your heat preference.
