Description

Delicious bagel pizzas made quickly in the air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 standard bagels (or 4 mini bagels)
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. If needed, preheat the air fryer to 370℉ (180℃).
  2. Brush the bagel halves with olive oil and then sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano. Place the bagel halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray and air-fry for 3 minutes, or until golden.
  3. Remove the bagel halves from the air fryer. Spread each half with a thin layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese. Add parmesan cheese if using, along with any additional toppings desired.
  4. Return the bagel pizzas to the air fryer basket or tray and air fry 4 minutes at 370℉ (180℃) or until the cheese is melted and golden. Note: If you just want your cheese melted, not golden, cook for only 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the bagel pizzas and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding other toppings such as pepperoni or vegetables.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
