This delicious peanut butter cream cheese dip is perfect for parties and gatherings!

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip (or 1 cup heavy cream whipped with 2 tbsp powdered sugar)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for the ganache)
- ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for the ganache)
- 1 cup crushed salted peanuts (for garnish)
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups (for garnish)
- 1 cup mini M&Ms (for garnish)
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in vanilla extract and powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Fold in Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream) until fluffy.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Spread evenly into a 9-inch pie plate (or similar shallow dish).
- Place chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl.
- Heat cream until steaming (just before a boil). Pour over chocolate chips.
- Let sit 2–3 minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
- Let cool slightly so it thickens but is still pourable.
- Spread the ganache evenly over the peanut butter dip.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts, Reese’s, or a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to set.

- This dip can be served with fruit, crackers, or pretzels.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
