Description
This delicious seafood pasta salad combines rotini or fusilli pasta with shrimp, crab meat, and fresh vegetables, all dressed in a creamy mayonnaise sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cooked shrimp (medium-sized)
- 1 cup lump crab meat (canned)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp dill weed (fresh or dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta cooks, rinse the cooked shrimp and crab meat. If using raw shrimp, sauté them in olive oil until pink and opaque.
- Dice cherry tomatoes and chop green onions.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed, salt, pepper, and optional Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
- Add cooled pasta, seafood, and vegetables into the bowl; gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad is best served cold and can be made a day in advance.
- Customize with other seafood or vegetables as desired.
