Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup fig jam or preserves
- 1/4 cup pistachios (chopped)
- crackers for serving
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, butter, grated Parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, dried dill, dried thyme, granulated onion, salt and pepper to a shallow dish like a pie plate. Mash together with a fork until well combined.
- Spread evenly across the dish.
- Dollop the fig jam over the top, spreading in an even layer.
- Top with chopped pistachios.
- Serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread slices.
Notes
- This spread can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Substitute fresh herbs for dried for added flavor.
