Description

A refreshing limeade made with freshly squeezed lime juice and sweetened condensed milk.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (About 6 Limes)
  • 2 Tsp Lime Zest
  • 3 Cups Cold Water
  • 2/3 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, whisk together the condensed milk, lime zest, and salt. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes to release the lime oils.
  2. Stir in the fresh lime juice until smooth.
  3. Add the cold water and whisk until fully combined and lightly frothy.
  4. Serve immediately over ice.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk as desired.
