Whipped Honey Spice Delight

Description

This whipped honey is light, fluffy, and spiced just right for any sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the honey to the bowl of your stand mixer with the whisk attachment and set the stand mixer onto the highest setting. Let it whip for at least 20 minutes. The longer you let it whip, the fluffier it gets; usually around 25 minutes works great.
  2. Once it’s super fluffy and light in color, add the spices and whip again for another minute or so. You can taste it and adjust the spices as you’d like (more vanilla, cinnamon, etc).
  3. Carefully pour the whipped honey into whatever container you’re storing it in. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, you can increase the amount of honey.
