- 1 egg wash (for golden tops)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
- Cook ground beef with onion, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and gooey.
- Flatten biscuit dough rounds and spoon beef-cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold and pinch edges closed, sealing the filling inside.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet, brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown; garnish with parsley and serve warm.
