Description

Golden flaky biscuits bursting with savory beef and melted cheddar inside.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 egg wash (for golden tops)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef with onion, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and gooey.
  4. Flatten biscuit dough rounds and spoon beef-cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Fold and pinch edges closed, sealing the filling inside.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet, brush tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown; garnish with parsley and serve warm.
