Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 9 lasagna noodles (cooked)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (for ricotta mixture)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, mozzarella, and more sauce; repeat until filled.
- Top with extra mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing, then garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the ricotta mixture.
- Can substitute chicken with cooked ground beef or turkey.
- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for a convenient meal.
