Description

Ingredients

  • Ground beef (or a beef/pork mix)
  • Mozzarella cheese cubes
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Eggs

  • Onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • Dipping sauce (cheese sauce or marinara)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Flatten a small portion of meat mixture, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and shape into a ball.
  3. Coat balls lightly in breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry meatballs until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
