Ingredients

- Mozzarella cheese cubes
- Breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Mix ground beef with breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten a small portion of meat mixture, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and shape into a ball.
- Coat balls lightly in breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry meatballs until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce of choice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for a finishing touch.
