Ingredients
- Refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- Mozzarella cheese cubes
- Garlic butter
- Fresh parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or round baking dish.
- Cut biscuit dough into pieces and wrap each around a mozzarella cube.
- Dip dough balls in garlic butter and arrange them in the pan.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and seasonings.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Brush with extra garlic butter and top with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot, pulling apart pieces to reveal the cheesy center.
