Instructions

- In a small saucepan, make cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in cream, and stirring in cheddar until smooth.
- Combine beef mixture with cheese sauce for a creamy filling.
- Spoon cheesy sloppy joe filling generously onto toasted buns.
- Serve warm with extra sauce dripping for that classic messy bite.

- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
