- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (cubed)
- 6 strips bacon (cooked, chopped)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing until coated in sauce.
- Stir in bacon pieces, reserving some for topping.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
