Description
A quick and delicious chicken stir-fry packed with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 0 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 0 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
Instructions
- Slice chicken and season lightly.
- Whisk sauce ingredients together.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and stir fry until crisp-tender.
- Return chicken to the wok.
- Pour sauce over ingredients and stir until thickened.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For additional flavor, marinate chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
- Feel free to substitute your favorite vegetables.
