Description

A delicious and easy homemade cranberry honey butter perfect for spreading on bread or muffins.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Let the unsalted butter sit at room temperature until softened.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the butter using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high for 2–3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the honey and vanilla extract; beat again until smooth and silky.
  4. Fold in the chopped dried cranberries using a spatula.
  5. Taste and mix in a pinch of sea salt if needed.
  6. Transfer to a jar or ramekin and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
