  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
