Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or cutlets
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, sear chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits, and let simmer.
  5. Stir in cream and Parmesan, whisking until smooth and creamy.
  6. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or bread.
