Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts or cutlets
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, sear chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits, and let simmer.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan, whisking until smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or bread.

- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
