Description

Tender penne pasta coated in a rich, cheesy cream sauce with juicy chicken and sun-dried tomato accents.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (or diced tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Add sun-dried or diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in shredded chicken and let simmer until heated through.
  6. Toss pasta into the sauce, coating evenly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
