Ingredients

  • 2 Sesame seed burger buns

  • 1 Egg wash
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs or panko
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Oil (for frying)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce (for special sauce)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken until crispy and golden brown, about 6–7 minutes.
  4. Toast sesame buns lightly in a skillet or oven.
  5. Place cheese slice on the hot chicken to melt slightly.
  6. Whisk mayo, ketchup, and hot sauce to make the creamy special sauce.
  7. Assemble: bun, sauced crispy chicken, cheese, extra sauce drizzle, and top bun. Serve with chips or fries.
