Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast (cooked & sliced)
- Fresh spinach
- Mozzarella or provolone cheese
- Flour tortillas
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Mayonnaise or cream sauce
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, pan-sear until golden and cooked through, then slice thick strips.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and spinach until just wilted.
- Spread mayo or cream sauce onto each tortilla, then layer with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken slices, and cheese.
- Roll tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Heat skillet with a little olive oil, place wraps seam side down, and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Slice diagonally and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm with extra dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
