Description

Ingredients

  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar + mozzarella mix
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Marinara or ketchup for dipping

Instructions

  1. Place shredded cheese between two slices of bread and press edges together firmly.
  2. Cut into triangles and lightly press edges to seal.
  3. Set up breading station: flour mixed with seasoning, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each sandwich triangle in flour, then egg, then panko for a full coating.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F.
  6. Fry triangles in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
