A delightful and healthy air fryer recipe for crispy broccoli.
Ingredients

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and trim broccoli into even-sized florets. Pat completely dry.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy and golden, remove and sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger servings.
