Ingredients
1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
½ cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup raw spinach leaves
½ cup chopped kale (stems removed)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 cup cold water (or coconut water)
1 cup ice cubes (optional, for texture)
Instructions
Add banana, pineapple, mango, spinach, kale, and ginger to a high-speed blender.
Pour in water or coconut water to help blend smoothly.
Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder texture.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth, about 60–90 seconds.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
