Instructions
- Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes to soften.
- Beat the cream cheese using an electric mixer until completely smooth and fluffy.
- Add the whipped topping and beat until well incorporated and light.
- Mix in the dry Funfetti cake mix and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until fully blended.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of milk if needed to loosen the texture slightly.
- Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles with a spatula to avoid color bleeding.
- Cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, or fruit.
