Ingredients
- Sirloin steak (cubed)
- Baby potatoes
- Garlic
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Paprika
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: chili flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast potatoes for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender.
- While potatoes roast, cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites in batches until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the pan, toss in garlic butter, and sprinkle with parsley.
- Plate roasted potatoes alongside steak bites.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra herbs.
Notes
- For added heat, sprinkle chili flakes on steak bites.
- Ensure steak is not overcrowded in the skillet for even cooking.
