Description

Juicy seared steak bites paired with golden roasted potatoes, tossed in garlic butter and herbs.


Ingredients

  • Sirloin steak (cubed)
  • Baby potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: chili flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast potatoes for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. While potatoes roast, cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites in batches until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  7. Return steak bites to the pan, toss in garlic butter, and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Plate roasted potatoes alongside steak bites.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra herbs.

Notes

  • For added heat, sprinkle chili flakes on steak bites.
  • Ensure steak is not overcrowded in the skillet for even cooking.
