Tender strips of steak tossed in a savory garlic-soy glaze served over twirls of spaghetti.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin (sliced into strips)
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (or cilantro)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup cornstarch slurry (for thickening)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet, sear steak strips until browned but still tender. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry; simmer until thickened.
- Return steak to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Place noodles in bowls and top with glazed steak.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
