Description

Tender strips of steak tossed in a savory garlic-soy glaze served over twirls of spaghetti.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef sirloin (sliced into strips)
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (or cilantro)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch slurry (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet, sear steak strips until browned but still tender. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch slurry; simmer until thickened.
  5. Return steak to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Place noodles in bowls and top with glazed steak.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
