Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, and melted butter; stir until smooth.

- Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil, frying until golden and puffed (about 2 minutes per side).
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Dust generously with powdered sugar.
