Chewy, fudgy cookies packed with melted chocolate chunks and gooey marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chunks
- 1 cup Mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg + 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, cream butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chunks and half of the mini marshmallows.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and press a few extra marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft; cool slightly before enjoying.
Notes
- For extra gooeyness, add more marshmallows on top before baking.
- Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
