- 2 cups Canned Sweet Corn, drained (Fresh corn can be used for better sweetness and texture.)
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Sugar (optional, adjust to taste) (Experiment with the amount of sugar based on taste preferences.)
- ½ cup Cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted (For greasing the baking dish.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained sweet corn, beaten eggs, milk, sugar, cornmeal, salt, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
