Description

Delicious and easy Hawaiian sliders made with deli ham and Swiss cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Without separating the rolls, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the greased baking dish.
  4. Begin layering the deli ham evenly across the bottom half of the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on the cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds if using.
  7. Generously brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls, making sure to cover them well.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  10. Once baked, let the sliders cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  11. Optionally, sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for a pop of color before serving.
