A quick and healthy stir-fry featuring chicken and fresh broccoli, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate chicken in a bowl with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add broccoli and other desired vegetables; sauté until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
- Mix water or broth with additional soy sauce and red pepper flakes; pour over stir fry and combine.
- Simmer for another minute until heated through.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
