Description
Juicy, golden chicken glazed in honey-balsamic sauce with sweet caramelized peaches.

- 4 Chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 Fresh peaches (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 tsp Fresh sage (chopped)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden on both sides, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, honey, and balsamic vinegar to make the glaze.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with glaze, and add peach slices.
- Transfer to oven and roast for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Spoon glaze over chicken and peaches before serving.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and sage leaves.
Notes
- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the glaze for a few hours before cooking.
- Serve with a side of greens for a complete meal.
