Description

Juicy, golden chicken glazed in honey-balsamic sauce with sweet caramelized peaches.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 2 Fresh peaches (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Fresh sage (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden on both sides, then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, honey, and balsamic vinegar to make the glaze.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, coat with glaze, and add peach slices.
  5. Transfer to oven and roast for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Spoon glaze over chicken and peaches before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme and sage leaves.

Notes

  • Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the glaze for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of greens for a complete meal.
