Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ground ginger until smooth.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked (internal temperature of 165°F), shred the chicken in the pot using two forks and stir to combine.
