Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter for easy access.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously; stir until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and combine with the creamy mixture in the skillet.
