This refreshing iced espresso drink is perfect for hot days!
Ingredients

- 2 shots (30 ml) espresso (or instant coffee)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice (monk fruit sweetener or allulose)
- 1/4 cup keto whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons keto caramel sauce (or chocolate sauce)
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients, except for the whipped cream and caramel, and blend until combined and smooth.
- Transfer to two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
Notes
- This recipe works well with instant coffee as an alternative to espresso.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness to your liking.
