Description

This refreshing iced espresso drink is perfect for hot days!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 shots (30 ml) espresso (or instant coffee)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice (monk fruit sweetener or allulose)
  • 1/4 cup keto whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons keto caramel sauce (or chocolate sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients, except for the whipped cream and caramel, and blend until combined and smooth.
  2. Transfer to two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

  • This recipe works well with instant coffee as an alternative to espresso.
