Description

Crunchy, gooey, chocolatey squares that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey or light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: drizzle of white chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey over low heat until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly fold in Rice Krispies until fully coated.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan.
  5. Press lightly to compact without crushing.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  7. Cut into squares and serve crunchy and gooey.
