Ingredients

- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey or light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: drizzle of white chocolate for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in Rice Krispies until fully coated.
- Spread mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan.
- Press lightly to compact without crushing.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and serve crunchy and gooey.
