Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place them in a large skillet.
- Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Add cherry tomatoes and green beans around the chicken in the pan.
- Cook over medium-high heat for about 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Gently toss to combine and serve warm with additional balsamic sauce if desired.
