Description

Thick, chewy cookies loaded with chocolate, peanut butter cups, and Nutter Butters.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 12 Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 12 Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt).
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and white chocolate chunks.
  5. Scoop large dough balls onto the sheet; press a Reese’s cup into the center.
  6. Gently top each with half a Nutter Butter cookie.
  7. Bake 12–14 minutes until golden on edges but soft in the center; cool slightly before serving.
