Description

A refreshing and healthy tropical smoothie made with frozen pineapple, banana, milk, and yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: pineapple, banana, milk, and yogurt.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender periodically.
  3. Pour into glasses. Sip and Enjoy!
