Ingredients

  • Milk chocolate (melted)
  • Pistachios
  • Heavy cream
  • White chocolate
  • Butter
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt milk chocolate and pour a thin layer into silicone chocolate bar molds; chill until set.
  2. Blend pistachios into a fine paste, then mix with melted white chocolate, butter, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread pistachio cream evenly over the set chocolate layer.
  4. Cover with another layer of melted milk chocolate to seal.
  5. Smooth the tops and refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Pop bars out of molds and cut cleanly for serving.
