Delicious cheesy twists made with puff pastry, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed according to package directions)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, add eggs, dijon mustard, garlic and pepper.
- Beat together with a fork until eggs are beaten and mixture is well combined.
- Unfold puff pastry onto a clean surface, pressing the seams flat.
- Brush with egg mixture.
- Mix cheeses together and sprinkle 1 cup over the egg mixture. Press lightly into egg mixture.
- Fold in half.
- Cut into 1 inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place onto the lined baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Brush with egg mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
