Ingredients
- Fresh blueberries
- Pie dough (homemade or store-bought)
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
- Cornstarch (for thickening)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, cook blueberries with sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thick and jammy; let cool.
- Roll out pie dough and cut into circles using a biscuit cutter.
- Place a spoonful of blueberry filling in the center of half the circles.
- Cover with another dough circle, crimp edges with a fork, and brush with egg wash.
- Cut small slits for steam and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar once cooled slightly and serve warm.
