Ingredients

  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cut puff pastry into 16 small squares and place on baking sheet.
  3. Brush with egg wash (or butter) and sprinkle lightly with sugar if desired.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce while warm.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
