- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1 tbsp sea salt flakes
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut puff pastry into 16 small squares and place on baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash (or butter) and sprinkle lightly with sugar if desired.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce while warm.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
- Serve immediately for gooey, sweet-salty bites.
