Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Purple food dye (or beet juice)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil eggs, then gently crack the shells all over without peeling.
  2. Soak eggs in beet juice or water with purple food dye for 20–30 minutes to create marble veins.
  3. Peel eggs to reveal spooky purple patterns, then slice in half and remove yolks.
  4. Mash yolks with avocado, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pipe the green filling neatly into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on top for a creepy effect.
  7. Chill before serving as a Halloween party appetizer.

Notes
