Description

Crispy golden egg rolls filled with creamy cheesecake filling and sweet strawberry preserves.


Ingredients

  • 8 Egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry preserves (or jam)
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg wash (for sealing)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and spoon cream cheese filling in the center.
  3. Add a dollop of strawberry preserves on top.
  4. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly, sealing with egg wash.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving warm.
