Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and spoon cream cheese filling in the center.
- Add a dollop of strawberry preserves on top.
- Fold sides inward, then roll tightly, sealing with egg wash.
- Heat oil to 350°F and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving warm.
