Description

Sweet sushi-style rolls filled with strawberries and cream cheese, topped with strawberry drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice (cooked & cooled)
  • 4 whole strawberries (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam or sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Shredded coconut (optional for coating)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread cooled sushi rice evenly on a bamboo sushi mat lined with plastic wrap.
  3. Place a whole strawberry in the center and spread cream cheese mixture around it.
  4. Roll tightly, sealing edges with a bit of water.
  5. Slice into sushi-like rounds.
  6. Top each piece with a fresh strawberry slice.
  7. Drizzle strawberry sauce over rolls before serving.
