Description

Delicious and easy to make creamy celery sticks, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery (washed, trimmed)
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened, 8oz/250g package)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the celery stalks into 3 to 4-inch pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped olives, chives, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture into the celery pieces.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
