Description

Three juicy beef patties layered with melted cheddar, smoky bacon, and crisp lettuce on a toasted brioche bun.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Ground beef patties (smash burger style)
  • 6 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 2 Brioche buns
  • 6 slices Crispy bacon
  • 1 cup Leaf lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Burger sauce (mayo, ketchup, pickle juice mix)
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (for toasting buns)

Instructions

  1. Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. Smash and sear beef patties on a hot skillet, adding cheddar slices to melt.
  4. Toast brioche buns lightly in butter.
  5. Spread burger sauce on both bun halves.
  6. Stack three patties with melted cheese, layering bacon and lettuce on top.
  7. Assemble and serve with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Ensure the skillet is hot enough to obtain a good sear on the patties.
  • Adjust the amount of burger sauce based on personal preference.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding pickles or other toppings as desired.
