- 3 Ground beef patties (smash burger style)
- 6 slices Cheddar cheese slices
- 2 Brioche buns
- 6 slices Crispy bacon
- 1 cup Leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup Burger sauce (mayo, ketchup, pickle juice mix)
- to taste Salt & black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
- Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Smash and sear beef patties on a hot skillet, adding cheddar slices to melt.
- Toast brioche buns lightly in butter.
- Spread burger sauce on both bun halves.
- Stack three patties with melted cheese, layering bacon and lettuce on top.
- Assemble and serve with extra sauce on the side.

- Ensure the skillet is hot enough to obtain a good sear on the patties.
- Adjust the amount of burger sauce based on personal preference.
